MUSC's AAWD silent auction a huge success!

Kara Grasso and Elizabeth Marler organize an event that changes lives!

At the end of April AAWD held their annual wine tasting and silent auction in an effort to raise money for Isabelle's House. Over 80 people and companies donated items to be auctioned off, many of whom have long been avid supporters for Isabelle's House. Find out who donated items and please, consider them for your business - let's give back to those who have been so supportive, and giving - especially in these tough economic times!

grow a tree picks Isabelle's house as a recipient for their tree program.

Give and Grow gives back through their trees! When you combine the expertise of local horticulturists with the spirit of giving you get an incredible company called Give and Grow. Ten percent of every tree planted goes to charity. Their goal is to provide customers with local products, knowledgeable staff, and the highest level of customer service all while benefiting charitable organizations. All of our events are currently funded by people like you. Every contribution helps, whether it is $5 or $500 - collectively we can make a difference. Isabelle's House is currently in the process of becoming non-profit but until we get all the paperwork in and approved your donations won't be tax deductible however, there is much more to life than a tax break, right? I think most people give because they are moved to do so .. I hope you will find yourself moved when you see what we are doing in Isabelle's House!

Donate Now!

I can have all the money in the world, and tons of vision and ideas but unless I have committed people to help me carry out the projects it doesn't get much further than my brain! Selfishly I think when you give of yourself to these projects you get so much more than one could imagine! Sometimes I wonder who benefits more, the person who we are reaching out to or us as volunteers. I love the feeling of seeing team of good hearted people come together to make a difference in the lives of others - it is nothing short of miraculous and beautiful. I need more people like you who want to help make a difference.
